2. Hosting and server logs

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested file, referrer, browser and system information in server logs. This is required for secure and stable delivery. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.

3. Contact

When you contact us by email or the contact form, your name, email address, optional company and website details, and message are processed to answer the enquiry. The form sends this information to the configured form backend and email provider. Form data is not stored in your browser local storage or session storage.

Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is taking steps prior to a contract or the legitimate interest in responding. Recipients are limited to technically or organisationally necessary backend, hosting and email providers. Their technical logs may contain necessary connection metadata; specific retention periods must be documented from the actual provider agreements. Enquiry content is retained only as long as required for handling the request and applicable legal obligations.

4. Cookies, local storage and third parties

The current website uses no non-essential cookies and stores no contact details in local storage. No analytics, marketing, map, video or social media embeds are active. Therefore no consent banner is shown. If such services are added later, they must be blocked before any required consent and this policy must be updated.

There are currently no international transfers through such services. Data flows of the hosting and email providers still to be entered must be assessed against the actual contracts.

5. Your rights

Subject to legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn for the future. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.

6. Security and changes

The website is intended to be delivered exclusively through encrypted TLS connections. Technical and organisational measures are applied according to risk. This policy will be updated when processing, providers or legal requirements change.
